The Himalayan Institute Midwest is a non-for-profit organization dedicated to the traditional teachings of yoga. We offer Hatha Yoga, all levels, Meditation classes, Satsang (group meditation and discussion), workshops, and a spiritual community to help you on your spiritual path. We also offer a 200 hour Teacher's Training program.
