For 15 years, the Dallas Yoga Center has been a vital proponent of yoga in the Dallas community. In three separate beautiful studios, DYC offers over 50 classes per week including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Pre-natal, Restorative Yoga and much more. For beginners, a comprehensive eight week beginner's series is offered to teach yoga basics. For experienced students, DYC offers monthly workshops with internationally recognized master teachers.
