The Center is committed to support and provide a refuge for self healing and inner peace in a calm and tranquil enviorment. Our teaching staff consist of certified teachers, many whom have been teaching for over 30 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to there teaching of yoga and meditation.We offer a wide varity of small classes for all ages and stages of life.Including our health and healing workshop series to promote better health and stress reduction. Our Iyengar yoga classes are taught by certified Iyengar teachers.
