Danville, a town in the East Bay Area of California between San Ramon and Walnut Creek, has been enjoying our award winning yoga center for over 16 years. Danville Yoga & Wellness center is in a beautiful garden setting not far off the freeway exit. With our certified and experienced teachers, feel free to try our Iyengar classes, Sunrise Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga & Breathwork, Yoga Stretch, Candlelight Flow, Sunday Morning Yoga, Yoga for Kids | Teens | Family, and Yoga for Seniors. Beyond yoga, we also offer inspiring classes and workshops focusing on a holistic approach to wellness. This includes every Sunday, Meditation for Daily Living, every Friday evening, Mindful Belly Dance, Reconnective Healing®? sessions (Appointment required) every Wednesday, and Reiki/Healing Night every 2nd Wednesday of every month.
