Raffa Yoga opened to the New England communities in May of 2000. Since then we have provided a safe, compassionate, instructional and educational facility with an amazing group of talented yoga teachers. Our teachers have been trained by some of the most respected and knowledgeable yoga masters worldwide. Our full service yoga boutique offers the latest in yoga fashion for both men and women, yoga accessories, mats, educational DVDs and much more. Yearly, we feature national and in-house workshops and Teacher Trainings bringing you educational, exciting and inspirational opportunities for in an in-depth study of yoga. Suitable for all fitness levels.. Beginner, intermediate, and all level classes available. Drop in class format. A challenging class for students of all levels with specific focus on alignment, balance, core integrative movement and personal empowerment. Move beyond fitness into peak performance. We've painstakingly created a paradise for you to unwind, relax and breathe your worries away. We feature 21 therapeutic massage and treatment rooms and 6 heat therapy rooms to foster and encourage your health and well being. Therapeutic massage is not a luxury, but as a healthy necessity, so we've priced our monthly massage memberships accordingly. Also, our therapists are licensed in Rhode Island and are nationally certified to ensure the quality . We get it: You're busy. That's why our Old World offerings provide an opportunity to unplug and disconnect from the stress-inducing pace of each day and provide a space to calm and center oneself, detoxify, and truly relax. After a session at Urban Sweat, you'll be ready to meet the challenges of each day ahead.
