In the little health hotel Haus Sonnenstein we have nearly every day yoga or qigong lessons. Also yoga vacations are possible. You begin the day with a vegitarian breakfast buffet. Several massages can be booked in the house: methamorphic technique, Ayurvedic oil massage, Biodynamic massage for the whole body, shiatsu, lomilomi, aurum manus, ear candling. If you prefer relaxing instead of sideseeing you find nice places in our garden.
