We offer Bikram's famous beginning hot yoga series. 26 hatha postures during a 90 minute class in 105 degrees with 40 to 70 percent humidity, to enhance posture depth, greater safety, and to facilitate the removal of toxins from the body. Open 7 days a week, with over 27- 90 minute classes to choose from. Great for the sedentary beginner or advanced yogi. A complete healing and strengthening 90 minute series, taught only by currently certified Bikram Yoga instructors. In 2013 we celebrate our 11th year in the Louisville area, specializing in the Bikram method of Hatha Yoga.
