Bikram Yoga Denver (BYD) is located on the corner of 6th Avenue and Detroit Street. We have a warm, inviting space, with two spacious asana rooms (yoga classrooms) and a comfortable place to sit, relax, and drink tea after class. We have a great selection of yoga mats, practice rugs,clothing and more. BYD is an ideal, supportive environment in which to practice yoga. We have a varied staff of experienced, certified instructors, and BYD offers both beginners and more advanced students the highest quality instruction available.
