Inner Bliss Yoga is opening a 2nd location in Westlake, Ohio late this summer. Located at 29055 Clemens Road in Westlake, we are conveniently located off of 90 at Crocker Basset just a few minutes form Crocker Park. Visit our website for more information. We are committed to making yoga accessible in this contemporary world while preserving the true yoga experience & teaching the 5000 year old elements of yoga. A non-competitive environment enables students at any level to find harmony in their expression of yoga and reap the benefits of this mind, body & spirit practice. An eclectic blend of Hatha yoga is offered at Inner Bliss Yoga. The style incorporates the athletic power and attention to breath of Ashtanga, the juicy flow and creativity of Vinyasa, the attention to postural alignment and heart opening of Anusara, and the personal exploration of Jivamukti. Yoga at Inner Bliss also includes the practices of meditation, relaxation, pranayama, spiritual teachings, hands on asists and some chanting.
