We specialize in Yoga for all levels. We individualize Yoga sessions for therapeutic needs of clients (war or other severe trauma, scoliosis, MS, injuries, aging) and teach Yoga weight-training to enhance one's Yoga asana practice. We also teach Yoga classes in four adult prisons on Oahu. We train teachers, as well, in 200 & 500 level courses and are a Certified Teacher Training School with the Yoga Alliance and are a satellite school with International Yoga College. Senior Instructors are Experienced-Registered-500 level Yoga Teachers with the Yoga Alliance. We have been teaching in Japan, training Japanese Yoga Teachers. We teach Yoga philosophy and the underlying philosophy of Peace and a life well lived, free of conflict and fragmentation; and humor as a freeing and healing necessity. Our mottos are: Healing the World Through Peaceful Communication Cooperation and Well-Being; and Teaching Teachers and Students as Leaders for A Peaceful World. Our third motto is: If It Ain't Fun Better Left Undone!
