We are E-RYT 500, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School offering 200 hour teachers training with our founders who have been trained in the complete science of yoga. We offer classes in hatha, meditation, and the basics of Ayurveda. We offer a regular study group for texts related to Yoga (Yoga Sutras) to Vedanta (Upanishads, Gita etc) and authentic Tantra (Shiva Sutras etc). Regular monthly kirtan, and weekly group meditations.We also lead regular retreats, offer spiritual counseling,and EFT sessions (certified EFT practitioners).
