Currently Maryam leads intermediate vigorous and nurturing yoga classes in White Plains, with focus on the breath and alignment. She encourages the students to approach their practice with a sense of play, mindfulness and lack of judgment. The classes are during lunch time and last about 1 hour and fifteen minutes (walk in price - $12). Private classes can also be arranged. Maryam is a certified yoga instructor from Om Yoga Center in NYC, and has received teacher training from various master teachers. She leads international yoga retreats (in Costa Rica, Mexico and elsewhere).
