I've been teaching a slow, gentle, meditative style of Hatha Yoga since 1987. It's my joy to provide a safe, nurturing space for people who want to stay flexible and maintain a strong, healthy body. These small classes are held at SEVA DEVA Healing Center in North Park. Beginners are welcome! Classes are Saturdays 8:30-10am and Wednesdays 6-7:30pm. Individual sessions are available by appointment. I also do Wholistic Counseling, where I incorporate Emotional Release Work, Aura-Soma Color Healing, Interactive Guided Imagery, Quantum-Touch and Soul Retrieval into my practice.
