Certified Integral Yoga Teacher has had extra training for back care and osteoporotic spines. Emphasis is placed on stress reduction, breathing and relaxation techniques while strengthening and toning muscles and creating more joint flexibility, with no sense of competition. Classes are held in New Bern and Oriental as well as private in-home sessions.
