Here in Southern New Mexico, among other things, we teach and practice Bhakti (devotion), Jnana (knowledge) and Karma (action) yoga. Yoga is all encompassing, it is continuous, it is life unfolding. We also teach and use a variety of Consciousness Transformation Strategies and Breath Technologies. We have a free bi-monthly newsletter: Tools for Conscious Awareness and archives.
