Certified yoga instructor teaches in a variety of venues. Patty's emphasis is on joy of movement. Power vinyasa (flow) yoga is designed to strengthen, lengthen and stretch the body. All levels are welcome. Slower classes and private therapeutic sessions available. Hot yoga once a week in a 90 degree room. Patty believes in the validity of each person's experience, and hopes to enrich the path that they follow. WELCOME!
