Thank you for visiting mid-Michigan's Center for Yoga. The Center for Yoga is dedicated to the traditional practices of Yoga, taught with integrity and skill. Our intention is to provide the community with a safe and supportive environment for learning, sharing, and healing. Entering our sixteenth year, we offer yoga classes in many styles and levels as well as home to a Pilates studio. Our two locations in Okemos and East Lansing, are fully equipped studios that offer a wide variety of classes for all student levels, taught by our experienced, well-trained teachers.
