Yoga classes on a secluded beach in Molokai. Vegetarian organic cuisine prepared for you. Sacred Waters is located on the more tropical side of Molokai. Coconut, papaya and banana trees are abundant. The Yoga deck is a few yards from the beach. Accomodations are screened cabins, off the grid, solar and wind powered. Surroundings are lush. Food is organically grown (mostly on Molokai) and vegetarian. Raw cuisine is also offered. Yoga classes given with attention on the individual, stressing form and internal practice. Yoga taught by Karen Noble in the Ashtanga Vinyasa style. Karen began practicing yoga in 1969 and has been teaching Ashtanga yoga since 1990.
