Yoga is a non-competitive exercise that anyone can participate in and benefit from. Previous students have ranged from teens to those in their upper sixties. Some come with no experience at all, others have practiced for several years.
Whether you have been thinking about trying yoga for the first time, or are experienced and looking to further your practice and would like to practice in a relaxed and supportive group setting, please call and join us. Classes are small, allowing each student to get the attention they need to properly modify the poses to their own level of ability.
