Casey was first exposed to yoga through her great aunt as a youth. She has been a seriously devoted student and practitioner of yoga meditation and Vedanta since 1994. In addition to yoga, she coaches interested students in consciousness exploration, including related practices such as savasana meditation, pranayama and tratak. Classes are a creative blend of: Yoga meditation and Jnana (satsang) Private, semi-private, corporate, and group classes-- in the comfort of your own home, selected location, or place of business
