Patti practices and teaches yoga in the lineage of Yogi Amrit Desai, which has its basis in Ancient Yoga Tradition. The Amrit Method of Yoga uses the powerful practice of Posture of Consciousness. In the Posture of Consciousness, the deliberate, dynamic part of the posture alternates with deep stillness performed in an integrative way that produces a profound impact on all levels, releasing trapped prana for accelerated healing and transformation. Patti is also an Amrit Yoga Nidra Facilitator - Yoga Nidra is also know as Integretative Relaxation or Deep Relaxation Yoga and can be practiced by anyone; experienced yoga practitioners as well as those with no proir experience with yoga. It is practiced in a lying down position or in a chair. Amrit Yoga is an evolution of Kripalu Yoga, both developed by Yoga Amrit Desai. Private and group classes.
