Classes flow from centering to warm-ups, traditional asanas, Yoga Nidra (deep release), and meditation, with attention to breath, alignment, awareness and safety. My Stress Solutions private practice also includes teaching Meditation, Contact Improvisation Dance, Private Lessons and Massage; and offers Massage, Coaching and Counseling services.
