About the Teacher: Bharath has been practicing yoga for 16 years and teaching for the last 12 years. He has studied with B.K.S Iyengar in PUNE and is a certified teacher from the Indian Yoga Institute (Vivekananda Kendra, Bangalore) and has completed advanced teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Kerala. He is currently running a yoga teacher training course. Foundation Course: This Program gives practice to all at same time. Defending on their level in the asana practice. In this course one will get good under standing in each asana, and preventing from injures. One attains total balance on body, mind and breath. Classical Course: Teacher will guide in this class. During this part of the course the focus will be on the intensive practice of the classical series with forward, backward bending, twisting, balancing, inverted asanas and deep relaxation. The intention is to build up the body and mind slowly. The strength and flexibility of the students will increase. Back Bending: This is Four weeks Course for intense work on back bending. Which is working with Body Mind and Spirit. Student reaching flexible and strong body and mind. Teacher Training: Bharath conducting two type of teacher training. 1. Individual Training 2.Group training. The first group successfully completed. Course Includes Asanas practice, Pranayama and Meditation, Technical class, Anatomy & Physiology, Philosophy/Lifestyle and Ethics for Yoga Teacher, Methodology, Teaching/Assisting, self study (expected), Karma Yoga, Kriyas.
Pranayama: Pranayama will be practiced in three deferent levels. In beginning we work with deferent type of breathing. Which promotes to under stand deferent parts of the body where the breath works.
