We offer Yoga, Workshops, Life Coaching & Tarot Readings. Our enjoyable, non-competitive yoga classes are taught by
Jane who has over 30 years teaching experience and has produced a series of TV shows on yoga as well as owning and running 2 yoga studios. She is Kripalu Certified and her extensive training was received over a 16 year period, directly from the Indian Masters themselves who first brought yoga to this country. Our classes are welcoming, intimate and friendly and each person goes at his/her own pace. You will practice breathing, warm-ups, postures, deep relaxation and meditation in each class. The benefits are accumulative, so the more you practice, the better you feel.
These are some of the benefits you can expect to receive from your yoga practice:
1. Relieve stress and build energy. 2. Diminish aches and pains, 3. Reverse depression and create joy, 4. Prolong a youthful, flexible body and mind, 5. Lose weight while toning muscles and glands, 6. Free up areas of blocked energy, bringing a sense of peace, inner contentment and well-being.
While initially, you may lack flexibility, eventually, with practice, you will do the postures with astounding ease, almost anyone can do them to some degree. You do not have to be perfect to gain the benefits. Doing your best and starting from where you are will put you on a path of progression and you will probably be amazed with the changes you experience in a short period of time.
We have a beautiful center we call the Vedic Ranch, which is an expansion project of the Sedona Center of Vedic Culture.
We are the only Vedic temple and ashram in Northern Arizona. We are only a 20 minute drive from west Sedona, and 1.45 hrs. drive north, from the Phoenix airport.
We have regular kirtans and classes on the spiritual Vedic philosophy of India from the Vaishnava tradition, bhakti-yoga retreats, and we celebrate special religious holidays of India like Janmastami and Ram Navami. The Vedic Ranch also has a goshala for protecting cows. Presently, we have four Zebu Indian cows and one Indian Zebu (see our website http://lovethecows.com).
Our master plan is to build a $200 million Vedic Cultural center in Sedona, and for more information on that, or to add your name to our email list, see our website, http://SedonaVedicCulture.com.

Classes are all individual, organic and non GMO, Spirit Rising is 100% Organic. Each class is crafted for who is in
the room and your specific personal needs. There are no cookie cutter classes where each practice is the same old thing... Our goal is that each time you come to the mat, you feel that we were talking only to you and that the class was tailored for exactly what you need.
You are a different person each day - different needs, different moods, different energy, different cells- and need different things each time you come to the mat. Spirit Rising Yoga's classes are NON GMO (general mundane and ordinary) It is very important to open the body in different ways each day to support the changes in your body, energy and spirit. A GMO Is a genetically modified organism. Something created from two very separate things mashed together to make profit. Spirit Rising offers an organic and natural way to connect to the joy of your body and life.
We believe in healing the body and to do that you have to look at it each day as new.
