We offer Yoga, Life Coaching & Tarot Readings. Our enjoyable, non-competitive yoga classes are taught by Jane who has over 30 years teaching experience and has produced a series of TV shows on yoga as well as owning and running 2 yoga studios. She is Kripalu Certified and her extensive training was received over a 16 year period, directly from the Indian Masters themselves who first brought yoga to this country. Our classes are welcoming, intimate and friendly and each person goes at his/her own pace. You will practice breathing, warm-ups, postures, deep relaxation and meditation in each class. The benefits are accumulative, so the more you practice, the better you feel.

I offer a safe environment that is focused on each student. I have small class sizes that allow me to do this. I supply a variety of props so that no matter what your flexibility or strength level is you can be challenged with a pose at your level with no strain. I want each student to feel comfortable in the class as well as with me as their teacher. I also want to teach you the correct pose that will most benefit you and I take the time to correct you and walk you through verbal adjustments and/or show you so that you will be able to get into a pose correctly and safely.
