Agni Ng is a CYA-E-RYT 500 who lives and practices in Nelson, BC. Agni is the founder and primary teacher of Akela
Yoga, a fusion of vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, positive affirmations, music and ecstatic dance. Agni lived, studied and practiced in Boudhanath, Kathmandu for 4 years and holds a BA in Buddhist Studies and Himalayan Language from the Rangjung Yeshe Institute, Kathmandu University. She has traveled extensively through Europe, Asia and Israel, teaching Akela Yoga 'Metamorphosis' workshops: teaming up with musicians to take participants through a spectacular transformation.
Akela Yoga, a vigorous, stimulating vinyasa-krama and beginner to advanced hatha forms combined with the fluidity of qi gong movements designed to remove blockages from the casual subtle and physical bodies. This yoga is a form of moving meditation, drawing awareness into the current moment to inspire recognition of basic freshness in every moment.

Shauna has been practicing meditation and yoga since 1997. Her work as a Personal Fitness Instructor that
2002 evolved into yoga instruction, and yoga therapy in 2004 . She has been teaching ever since. She completed a seminary in Buddhist Studies in 2004 . Shauna has over 365 days of silent retreat practice. She has been a meditation guide and instructor since 2005. She now mentors students in their personal practice through group classes and private sessions in yoga and meditation. She creates and directs yoga and insight meditation retreats. Offering seminars in therapeutic creativity, preparation for birth prenatal support, yoga and meditation a daily practice, chakra energy balancing and kundalini yoga. Shauna Larson is a KRI Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor. Shauna's background includes studies in yoga practice and theory, herbal medicine, hypnosis, Naturopathy, Art Therapy, Meditation and Buddhist studies. She incorporates and shares the wisdom of her teachers and studies with you in her classes.
