Tall Blades of Grass is run by Cilica who conducts yoga therapy teach training intensives and 300 hour advanced certificates for yoga teachers, enthusiasts, and those in the healing, medical fields, globally. Cilica has 14 yrs experience teaching yoga, meditation, and therapy in a wide arena, for all styles and approaches from a traditional yoga perspective. [She is a natural teacher who has taught various subjects for over 30 years.]
She is a gifted intuitive and meditative whose approach comes from a compassionate & humorous centre in where she shares ancient wisdoms to unlock personal growth and potential. Meeting the specific needs of clients and teachers she teaches re-patterning the whole person through sequences of gentle movements, breath and meditation derived from a practise from inside outwards. Cilica embraces stillness encouraging deep transformation, healing, drawing from nature and new perspectives.
