Wanderlust Yoga Studio Squaw Valley is a source of inspiration where all guests are encouraged to strengthen their
mind, body and spirit. The brand new 1,000 square foot studio is a sanctuary for all to further their practice in the pristine mountain landscape of Squaw Valley. Hardwood floors meet large picture windows, offering extraordinary views of Tram Face and Squaw Valley’s legendary mountain peaks.
Patrice, RYT® 200 Yoga Alliance registered teacher, teaches classes which enable you to link your breath, mind and
body, allowing you to stay focused, calm, aware and steady within each pose. Her classes vary but her style is generally a vinyasa-based mix infused with humor and generous helpings of kick-your-asana power flow sequences.
Exercise and physical fitness has been a part of Patrice’s life for as long as she can remember. She has practiced yoga for over 16 years and was trained and certified as an Ashtanga and Sadhana Yoga Chi Instructor by Doug Swenson. Patrice is also an experienced Pilates instructor, having received her comprehensive certification from master teacher Rael Isacowitz, founder of Body Arts and Science International. In addition to teaching yoga, she enjoys music, horses and spending time in the mountains. Private lessons available.
