The focus is on building and engaging your core strength to support you for more advanced postures. Set to energizing music, my class strengthens, balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind.

since 2001, and specialize in yoga therapy. I studied at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram and the Healing Yoga Foundation. I have studied with TKV Desikachar and currently work with his son, Kausthub. I also teach in Vedic Chanting. I train yoga teachers at the New School of Yoga.
