We offer a variety of yoga classes for the beginner, those who practice yoga occasionally, as for advanced yogis.
You'll practice in a beautiful facility overlooking the Petaluma River. Our team of exceptionally experienced teachers offer instruction and guidance with Iyengar, Vinyasa, Modern Hatha, and Restorative Yoga. Our yoga offerings are an integrated component of our physical therapy and wellness practice, where students have access to physical therapists, chiropractor, certified hand therapist, and other healthcare practitioners as resources to help them in their quest for optimum wellness.

Anyone can do yoga-no matter how young or old you are, whether you’re a couch potato or a professional athlete. Size and fitness level do not matter because there are modifications for all poses and other tools used to explore the mind/body frontier. It is an ancient bodywork system designed to bring all parts of us into balance, harmony and understanding, limitations and all.
I teach yoga that is very gentle, Iyengar-based, with a focus on alignment to help prevent or heal back pain. I am
a Senior Instructor of the Balance Posture Method, and I trained at the Balance Center in Palo Alto (www.balancecenter.com). I have studied yoga since 1984. My training was at the Yoga Room in Berkeley, where I graduated from their 3-year Advanced Studies Program, and I am a certified "Relax and Renew" trainer (restorative yoga). I am also certified to teach Yoga for Scoliosis by Elise Miller.
Eco-YogaHealing is an eco-spiritual approach to Yoga which concentrates on bringing balance, harmony and flow - internally
and externally to ourselves and our environment. Eco-YogaHealing helps establish a strong union of mind-body-spirit with the four elements of Mother Earth - fire, earth, air and water. Focusing on each element Eco-YogaHealing enables us integrate various asanas into our Yoga practice, which help us heal the undernourished areas in our body that have been affected most by environmental toxins, work related stress and anxiety. I'm a certified Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher. I have lived in Petaluma since 2005. After feeling the disconnect between
an authentic form of yoga and how it is often practiced in current times, I decided to get my certification done from one of India's best yoga schools. I have done 1750 hours of classroom training and am certified to teach classical Hatha yoga in its pure form: Upa Yoga, Surya Kriya, Anga Mardana, Yogasanas and Bhuta Shuddhi are the modules I offer.
I also work as a photographer & graphic designer, and am a Senior Digital Artist for Athleta. I was born and raised in India, and I have been practicing yoga for the past 11 years.

Debbie Daly has been teaching yoga since 1999 and is the founder and owner of an award-winning yoga studio in Arizona. Drop-ins are very welcome ($10) and reservations are not required.
FLOW YOGA (Sundays & Thursdays) This mixed-level yoga class combines invigorating, strengthening movements with gentle postures that invite awareness and breath. The emphasis is on one’s inner experience and intuition rather than on outer form. An energizing set of postures inspired by Vinyasa Yoga and Yang Yoga is followed by a set of quiet and relaxing Yin Yoga postures, and a guided deep relaxation. Beginners and experienced students are welcome.
YIN YOGA (Tuesdays) In this quiet and relaxing yoga class, gentle stretching postures are held for 3-5 minutes at a time. The stillness takes practitioners deep into postures that calm the mind, lengthen the connective tissues, and increase energy flow. This practice is very beneficial for the joints, especially the hips and lower back. Gentle enough all students, including seniors. These yin yoga classes are inspired by Debbie's extensive study with Paul Grilley.
A vinyasa flow practice for all levels. Helen’s approach is playful, nurturing, and supportive as she encourages her
students to discover an awareness of their inner self, while experiencing the healing that Yoga provides for the mind, body, and spirit. I teach vigorous Vinyasa classes. And also slow demanding classes such as Yoga For A Healthy Back, which would be
considered Iyengar. Much of my experience is achieved through these two styles, however, I have experience in Yoga Structural Therapy, Anusara, and I am a Certified Restorative Teacher. Through self-study and personal experience: Physical Therapy, Massage, and Pilates techniques are used to bring greater understanding, education, and awareness? to my students lives, bodies, and of course their Yoga practice! (The things we can do to better self-care, our endless)!
I have worked with cancer patients, obesity, physical handicaps (such as missing limbs), aids patients, elderly students, arthritis, pregnancy, back and neck trouble, computer related problems amongst many things. My goal is to bring wellness and balance into the life of my students.

What is Yoga Therapy? Sessions includes practice of Asana (movements), Pranayama (Breath), Meditation (attention and awareness), deep relaxation, and basic guidance in Ayurvedic health practices and healthy diet changes.
Who can benefit from Yoga Therapy? All ages and abilities are welcome. Yoga Therapy is effective for a wide range of imbalances, including chronic illness, acute injuries, and mental health, as well as overall wellbeing for the otherwise healthy person. Camille specializes in working with asthma.
Camille is currently looking for clients willing to commit to at least 4 sessions over a 3 month period. All sessions will be offered in your own space, whether it be home or an outdoor area in nature where you feel comfortable to explore the possibilities of yoga therapy!

Our curriculum is based on the prolific work of yoga pioneer, T. Krishnamacharya, and his world renowned students B.K.S. Iyengar, K. Pattabhi Jois, and TKV Desikachar. One of the themes applied by Krishnamacharya so masterfully was his ability to work with each student on an individual basis, thereby meeting people at their own specific level of need, and consistently helping people heal through yoga. His truly riveting depth and brilliance cannot be given justice here, yet is directly evidenced in the giant accomplishments of a handful of his students. Mr. Iyengar, Mr. Jois, and Mr. Desikachar, among others, have all been able to take what was given them and literally affect the entire world, spreading inner peace and self-reliance on a mass scale. That said, our curriculum is rooted in the tireless work of these yogis. We teach as our teachers have taught us, and to the best of our ability, we research and explore in our own personal practices to offer you a foundation in yoga that is sustainable and forged from direct experience.
