I have an abundant love for health and wellness. Massage Therapy and Yoga are my life's passion. I am a true believer
in both and that they can change your life! Helping people reach an optimal life to fully experience with mindfulness and gratitude is what makes me feel whole. My ultimate goal is to reach out and touch as many souls as possible by creating a compassionate sacred space and educational community for all to embrace and love. I am currently teaching private yoga sessions out of Little Creek Massage and Health and larger Vinyasa/Hatha style classes out of A Living Arts Center.
