Instructed by Gerri Landau, this Yoga program will combine unique breathing techniques (pranayamas) with demonstrations
and instruction of many of the 26 postures which comprise the Kripalu Yoga System. This system of Yoga encourages range of motion, flexibility, strength, balance and most importantly a non-judgmental atmosphere. Yoga through centuries has been proven to improve states of health in body and mind. Open to Beginners and Intermediates.

Liz is a full time Kripalu Certified Yoga teacher who is influenced by Desikachar's Viniyoga (moving in coordination with breath,) self-compassion and exploration from Kripalu Yoga, and the flow of Vinyasa Yoga. She brings her expertise from working with thousands of yoga students of every body type with her in designing a sequence of postures that works best for each individual class. She has been teaching Yoga full time since 1998. You will feel welcomed by Liz's delightful style of teaching with humor and individual care.
