Liz is a full time Kripalu Certified Yoga teacher who is influenced by Desikachar's Viniyoga (moving in coordination with breath,) self-compassion and exploration from Kripalu Yoga, and the flow of Vinyasa Yoga. She brings her expertise from working with thousands of yoga students of every body type with her in designing a sequence of postures that works best for each individual class. She has been teaching Yoga full time since 1998. You will feel welcomed by Liz's delightful style of teaching with humor and individual care.

Gentle Yoga classes are offered Mon. & Wed. 9:30-10:30 AM. Great for beginners and those who wish some modification
to an existing practice. This is a multilevel class with props (chair, barre,block and straps)for those who need them. Vinyasa Flow classes are held Thurs.6:45-7:45 PM. A candlelight class for the more experienced student involving a deep awareness of movement and breath. Restorative yoga jis offered in all classes.Although Lyn is Iyengar certified she draws from other forms of yoga to offer her students a well rounded and varied practice.
