restore and maintain optimal health .We are a Boutique Wellness studio meaning small class sizes of 4 or less where we can provide a greater focus on individuals. We can also customize a program for you and offer special classes that may not be listed here such as pre-natal and seniors classes.

Various styles of Yoga are taught. We foster a safe, clean, friendly environment. The health and safety of our students comes first. All are welcome, no experience needed. We also help those with various physical ailments to insure their Yoga experience is beneficial and safe.

Having experienced an immense sense of peace in her first yoga class, Terri has devoted the past 18 years to the study
of several yoga styles to learn and grow interpersonally from the journey of Yoga on and off the mat. In 2010 she decided to become a Yoga Instructor to help others to find peace and health within themselves. From the thousands of practice hours on the mat and a recent graduate of Lex Gillan’s The Yoga Institute in 2011, Terri brings a deep understanding of the yoga experience to her classes. She will be teaching a unique and varied Vinyasa Flow style as it allows her to unify her appreciation of the benefits of the different types of yoga.
Jennifer Dahlgren, MS, RD, E-RYT 500, trained with Alan Finger in ISHTA yoga and is currently training with Baron
Baptiste in Power Vinyasa Yoga. Jennifer teaches a breath-centered practice in an inspired vinyasa flow that is adaptable for various levels of practice. Her classes are fun and light, yet strong and challenging. She aims to inspire and enliven her students in energetic classes that work the physical body, and awaken and balance the emotional and spiritual bodies. Her extensive study of alignment and injury prevention provides a safe environment to encourage students to play their edge. She taught nine classes a week in New York City for Be Yoga, now Yoga Works, as well as numerous private and corporate clients, and continued to teach as she traveled across the country. She's taught beginners workshops, supervised teacher trainees as assistants in her classes, as well as taught Yin and restorative yoga classes. Ultimately, she teaches the transformative power of yoga in a practice that connects each student to their authentic, radiant self from which to lead an extraordinary life. Jennifer also works as an Oncology Dietitian at Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center and recently earned a Master's Degree in Nutrition at University of New Haven.

Belinda’s practice is an integration of all she has learned and experienced and her teaching is the outcome of her
eclectic learning. She is certified in Hatha, Recovery and Trauma Yoga through Yoga Alliance 200RYT, Y12SR (Recovery Yoga), YWI (Yoga Warriors International).
Belinda also brings forth wisdom as a Reiki Master Teacher and offers Reiki as a complement to the healing practice of Yoga. Belinda teaches the use of controlled movements, expert alignment, biomechanics and breath to open your body efficiently while minimizing the risk of injury with optional manual assist during the physical postures and breathing practices. With a light-hearted touch, Belinda encourages looking inward to listen to the self and to respond accordingly with authenticity. As a result her classes are therapeutic, giving the individual the time and space to understand and explore what resides within. She compassionately encourages anyone to become healthfully aligned in their life adventure.
Kate specializes in Hatha & Ashtanga yoga, Pilates mat, cadillac and she is a W.I.T.S Certified Personal Trainer.
She teaches regular classes at Riverdog Yoga of Old Saybrook, Essex Pilates & Wellness and Pradipika of Clinton. She also offers an in-home training service teaching private classes & clients along the Connecticut Shoreline.
