Various styles of Yoga are taught. We foster a safe, clean, friendly environment. The health and safety of our students comes first. All are welcome, no experience needed. We also help those with various physical ailments to insure their Yoga experience is beneficial and safe.

Chair Yoga classes designed especially for people who have difficulty getting down and up from the floor. All classes are on-going, year round, pay as you go. Fee: Moderate Yoga $10.00 per class.
