life for all. We manifest this mission via a dynamic healing arts practice, studio yoga classes, private consultation and tutoring, and a botanical ayurvedic formulary.
Our services and formulations help people apply the principles of harmonious living at home and, in some cases, in their own professional practices and in their own marketplaces. Creative Edge Yoga. LLC has over 24 years expereince providing private and group Yoga classes, Yoga Therapy and Meditation
instruction in the New Haven and Guilford Shoreline area of Connecticut. In addition, I specialize acute and chronic pain relief through Posture Alignment Therapy as a Certified Postue Alignment(PAS)Specialist trained by the Egoscue Clinic. Support is available to facilitate the integration these practice into day to day life to bring the maximum benefit.

Jennifer Dahlgren, MS, RD, E-RYT 500, trained with Alan Finger in ISHTA yoga and is currently training with Baron
Baptiste in Power Vinyasa Yoga. Jennifer teaches a breath-centered practice in an inspired vinyasa flow that is adaptable for various levels of practice. Her classes are fun and light, yet strong and challenging. She aims to inspire and enliven her students in energetic classes that work the physical body, and awaken and balance the emotional and spiritual bodies. Her extensive study of alignment and injury prevention provides a safe environment to encourage students to play their edge. She taught nine classes a week in New York City for Be Yoga, now Yoga Works, as well as numerous private and corporate clients, and continued to teach as she traveled across the country. She's taught beginners workshops, supervised teacher trainees as assistants in her classes, as well as taught Yin and restorative yoga classes. Ultimately, she teaches the transformative power of yoga in a practice that connects each student to their authentic, radiant self from which to lead an extraordinary life. Jennifer also works as an Oncology Dietitian at Middlesex Hospital Cancer Center and recently earned a Master's Degree in Nutrition at University of New Haven.
Brianne Davidson, E-RYT, RPYT, RCYT, CLDis the owner, founder and director of Bhogah Yoga.
Brianne first became
certified to teach yoga in 2003. She was inspired from the first moment on her yoga mat that she immediately felt the passion to teach others. The style of her teaching is an eclectic blend of her original practice from NYC and Southern CT, as well as, what she learned with her wonderful teachers in the 10 years she lived in Colorado. She first became certified in March 2003 in Colorado Springs, CO. That same year, she discovered and completed a 200-hour training with Inner Connections Yoga (registered with Yoga Alliance). Since the start of her teaching she has complemented and expanded her yoga with numerous workshops, conferences and prenatal training with Hansa Knox and separately with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. In addition, teaching prenatal yoga inspired her to train as a labor doula in June of 2008. Brianne enjoys teaching all levels of yoga, from gentle beginner to advanced vinyasa yoga. Brianne specializes in kids yoga, family yoga, mom and baby yoga, partner yoga and prenatal yoga. In 2009, Brianne founded Bhogah Yoga and began training yoga teachers at the 200 hour level under the requirements set by Yoga Alliance. Brianne is excited to be teaching in her home state of Connecticut, hopes to inspire her students to find their own yoga from within and feels blessed to connect with them on their path on this exciting journey.
Gentle Yoga classes are offered Mon. & Wed. 9:30-10:30 AM. Great for beginners and those who wish some modification
to an existing practice. This is a multilevel class with props (chair, barre,block and straps)for those who need them. Vinyasa Flow classes are held Thurs.6:45-7:45 PM. A candlelight class for the more experienced student involving a deep awareness of movement and breath. Restorative yoga jis offered in all classes.Although Lyn is Iyengar certified she draws from other forms of yoga to offer her students a well rounded and varied practice.
At Melody Motion Yoga & Wellness Studio we offer a variety of classes , empowering year-round workshops to help you
restore and maintain optimal health .We are a Boutique Wellness studio meaning small class sizes of 4 or less where we can provide a greater focus on individuals. We can also customize a program for you and offer special classes that may not be listed here such as pre-natal and seniors classes.

Rita offers private yoga sessions and group yoga classes. Her approach is personal, breath-centered, and therapeutically
oriented – inspired by the TKV Desikachar/Krishnamacharya tradition. The practice is geared towards functional body health and can be adapted to individual needs, including chronic or acute conditions.
Fresh Yoga offers a variety of yoga styles. The Fresh philosophy is find what works for you. We encourage students
to go inside and feel out which styles and methods resonate with them. All of our classes are taught by highly trained professionals with an emphasis on on healthy alignment and safe yoga practice. We encourage a non-competitive attitude among our students, with a higher priority placed on internal development then outward achievement.
