Brianne Davidson, E-RYT, RPYT, RCYT, CLDis the owner, founder and director of Bhogah Yoga.
Brianne first became
certified to teach yoga in 2003. She was inspired from the first moment on her yoga mat that she immediately felt the passion to teach others. The style of her teaching is an eclectic blend of her original practice from NYC and Southern CT, as well as, what she learned with her wonderful teachers in the 10 years she lived in Colorado. She first became certified in March 2003 in Colorado Springs, CO. That same year, she discovered and completed a 200 hour training with Inner Connections Yoga (registered with Yoga Alliance). Since the start of her teaching she has complemented and expanded her yoga with numerous workshops, conferences and prenatal training with Hansa Knox and separately with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. In addition, teaching prenatal yoga inspired her to train as a labor doula in June of 2008. Brianne enjoys teaching all levels of yoga, from gentle beginner to advanced vinyasa yoga. Brianne specializes in kids yoga, family yoga, mom and baby yoga, partner yoga and prenatal yoga. In 2009, Brianne founded Bhogah Yoga and began training yoga teachers at the 200 hour level under the requirements set by Yoga Alliance. Brianne is excited to be teaching in her home state of Connecticut, hopes to inspire her students to find their own yoga from within and feels blessed to connect with them on their path on this exciting journey.
