The purpose of the Co-op is to create opportunities for personal growth, health, inspiration and transformation. A Peace of Space will host Yoga classes, workshops, gatherings and any other community activity or Healing Art that will foster Wellness, Vitality, Peace, Love, Healing and Happiness.
Adriana is a Registered Kripalu Yoga Instructor who has been involved in the realm of spirituality and fitness for
over 15 years. She has studied with internationally renowned teachers including Deepak Chopra, Angela Farmer and Alberto Villoldo. Adriana is also certified in a number of Healing Arts modalities (Positional Therapy, Shiatsu, Swedish massage, reflexology, Reiki…) and worked in the business and electrical engineering fields before devoting her time to health and wellness. Her approach is holistic and her classes focus on revitalizing the entire being, increasing strength and flexibility, promoting mind-body awareness and allowing space for healing to occur. Group, private and/or corporate yoga classes are offered in English/Spanish.
All That Matters is a holistic health center that serves as a hub for alternative practitioners in South County, RI.
With its meager beginnings as a tiny three-room yoga studio, All That Matters has blossomed into New England's largest non-residential holistic center. More than 1,000 visitors a week visit All That Matters to partake in yoga classes, meditation groups, and gong baths, or to see a holistic practitioner and enjoy a massage, reflexology, reiki, or acupuncture session. The next generation of yoga instructors even comes here to participate in an award-winning yoga teacher training. It is a special, almost magical place where those who visit leave breathing more freely, walking taller, thinking clearly, feeling more peaceful, and ready to take on the challenges of our world.
Our mission is to communicate the yogic philosophy that the well-being of our world has direct parallels to the physical
and mental health of each individual. We stress the proper alignment of mind and body in practise, in meditation, and in walking so that a healthy body and a peaceful mind are maintained. We offer a 500 hour teacher training program, as well as, daily and Mysore classes.
