Instructed by Gerri Landau, this Yoga program will combine unique breathing techniques (pranayamas) with demonstrations
and instruction of many of the 26 postures which comprise the Kripalu Yoga System. This system of Yoga encourages range of motion, flexibility, strength, balance and most importantly a non-judgmental atmosphere. Yoga through centuries has been proven to improve states of health in body and mind. Open to Beginners and Intermediates.

It was revived in the 18th century by one of the fitness instructor to kings in India. This sport is slowly accepted in the USA, Germany, and Japan as well.
This sport has very unique characteristics; 1)Sport is played against gravity–vertically up wards 2)Sport gives maximum exercises for maximum muscles in minimum period of time 3)Sport is combination of Yoga, Gymnastics, and Martial Arts; This is also performed as artistic Mallakhamb; analogical to artistic Gymnastics
