Mallakhamb Federation USA has applied for non-for-profit organization and would be a governing body for Mallakhamb
in the United States. The organization would represent the United States globally and the Men's and Women's national Mallakhamb teams in the United States.
Mallakhamb Federation USA would be responsible for training of the Men's and Women's teams that represent the United States in international tournaments, Men's and Women's, as well as for the promotion of the sport amongst prospective players, spectators, and fans.
National League Development Program
Mallakhamb Federation USA is currently operating to develop the National League Program. The program's goal is to establish State Level Chapters and prepare athletes for participation in National teams. Teams will consist of Men’s and Women’s.
Level 1 (Introductory) to Level 6 (Elite)
Routines include Mounts, Balances, Interceptions, Combinations, and Dismounts
Instructed by Gerri Landau, this Yoga program will combine unique breathing techniques (pranayamas) with demonstrations
and instruction of many of the 26 postures which comprise the Kripalu Yoga System. This system of Yoga encourages range of motion, flexibility, strength, balance and most importantly a non-judgmental atmosphere. Yoga through centuries has been proven to improve states of health in body and mind. Open to Beginners and Intermediates.
