Maggie Rueda, 200 E-RYT and 500 RYT is also certified as a Reiki master. Her teaching is inspired by Embodyoga, Ashtanga and ParaYoga styles of yoga, so her approach is balanced and never dogmatic. Maggie is a compassionate and nurturing teacher who creates intelligently sequenced flowing yoga classes that are challenging, safe, fun, engaging, supportive, and spiritual.
Instructed by Gerri Landau, this Yoga program will combine unique breathing techniques (pranayamas) with demonstrations
and instruction of many of the 26 postures which comprise the Kripalu Yoga System. This system of Yoga encourages range of motion, flexibility, strength, balance and most importantly a non-judgmental atmosphere.
