The focus is on building and engaging your core strength to support you for more advanced postures. Set to energizing music, my class strengthens, balances, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind.

since 2001, and specialize in tailoring a practice to fit the individual's needs. I studied at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram and the Healing Yoga Foundation. I have studied with TKV Desikachar and currently work with his daughter, Mekhala. I also specialize in Vedic Chanting.
