• Ashtanga Yoga, meaning "eight-limbed yoga," according to the "The Yoga Sutras of Patañjali," is a method which involves synchronizing breath [pranayama] with movement [vinyasa] & incorporates focused gazing [drishti] with internal locks [bandhas]. The result is a challenging & dynamic sequence of postures [asanas] which flow from one to the next.
This practice, brought to the world by the late Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India, produces an intense internal heat & profuse sweating which purify & strengthen the body, resulting in improved circulation, a light, strong body & a calm mind.
• William offers private & group Guided or Mysore classes, workshops & retreats in asana, pranayama, hands-on adjustments & meditation. • Ayurvedic/South Indian Vegetarian Cooking classes also available.

Bikram yoga is a challenging, exciting and effective workout

We offer a variety of yoga styles as well as levels, ranging from beginner to advanced. For pilates, choice from class based mat pilates, group reformer, semi private, or private sessions. All of our teachers are certified and experienced.

techniques that are easy to practice on your own. I was called to teach yoga and began my service as a teacher of yoga in 1969, in Mt. Shasta, California. I love to introduce people to yoga and empower them to develop their own personal practice.

Yoga is increasing and is now at Yoga Center Palm Desert. The Little Yogis class combines dynamic movements, postures, breathing exercises and mini-meditations of Kundalini and Hatha yoga. Kids yoga is a fun program full of physical fitness, social, self-awareness and games that encourage movement.
200 hour registered with the Yoga Alliance, Yoga Teacher Training Center, focus is on Hatha and Acu-Pressure Yoga.
