She has assists Judith Hanson Lasater since 1998, and apprenticed with Erich Schiffmann and Rodney Yee through the 1990s. Cora blends the Iyengar method to bring attention to the subtle pranic body with a flowing practice to enliven the physical body. She is ERYT500 with Yoga Alliance, IAYT certified (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and one of the first Advanced Relax & Renew trainers in restorative yoga.
