Toi Lynn Wyle a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher, as well as a life coach, holistic psychotherapist, writer, blogger,

Yoga Philosophy: Toi Lynn teaches yoga that integrates yoga with other healing modalities. She draws from her background as a life coach, psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, Reiki practitioner and Thai Yoga massage therapist to create an experience that can support transformation at all levels. She has been deeply inspired by senior teachers Shiva Rhea, David Saul Ray, Sharon Gannon & David Life, Sarah Powers and Abby Tucker, as well as the philosophies of Buddhism and Sufism. In her classes, Toi Lynn weaves together asana, pranayama, inspirational poetry, healing visualizations, aromatherapy and sound healing. Her classes can be vigorous and challenging, or they can be nurturing and restorative, depending upon the style and the population she is teaching in the moment. She teaches with passion, compassion, curiosity and humor, encouraging students to take their yoga experiences off the mat into their lives.
