I teach vigorous Vinyasa classes. And also slow demanding classes such as Yoga For A Healthy Back, which would be considered
Iyengar. Much of my experience is achieved through these two styles, however, I have experience in Yoga Structural Therapy, Anusara, and I am a Certified Restorative Teacher. Through self-study and personal experience: Physical Therapy, Massage, and Pilates techniques are used to bring greater understanding, education, and awareness? to my students lives, bodies, and of course their Yoga practice! (The things we can do to better self-care, our endless)!
I have worked with cancer patients, obesity, physical handicaps (such as missing limbs), aids patients, elderly students, arthritis, pregnancy, back and neck trouble, computer related problems amongst many things. My goal is to bring wellness and balance into the life of my students.

Dr. Pamela is a Certified Relax and Renew trainer, offering Restorative Yoga the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month;
