Certified Yoga Instructor & Founder Michelle Chua combines her experiences as a credentialed teacher, recreational runner and professional dancer to facilitate yoga classes focused on calm breath, safe physical alignment, intuitive movement, a balanced mind and a joyful spirit. Retreats and events include activities that combine the practice of dynamic Hatha yoga for all levels with mindful nutritional eating, multicultural exchange, arts expression, connection to nature, outdoor adventure, meditation in various forms and a friendly atmosphere of vibrant individuals. My sessions are individual - you me and the mat and designed to give you the maximum physical and psychological training to focus you in the minute, relieve stress and strengthen your body.
