As a yoga instructor and psychotherapist, I am available for private sessions, and I also offer a variety of classes
for different needs and levels of practice. I facilitate a monthly support group for mothers which begins with an open discussion and ends with a gentle, restorative yoga practice.
In addition, I teach vinyasa flow designed to challenge and strengthen the intermediate/advanced student, and I offer a prenatal class suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy, as well as for women who are returning to yoga after giving birth.
I am a 200-HR RYT Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Hatha Flow, Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga are my specialties.
I also enjoy teaching Restorative & Yin Yoga, Pre-Natal and Yoga Basics. My background in studies relative to Yoga include a Minor in Holistic Health and Academic Certificate in Holistic Health Studies with emphasis in Eastern Perspectives of Health. I teach weekly at Mind Body Zone in Fremont, CA and substitute for both corporate and small businesses. I reside in the East Bay Area and am available for private instruction.
