Dr. Beth O'Brien is a certified Hatha yoga teacher and licensed psychologist. Both private instruction and group instruction
offered. Her classes focus on breathing exercises to calm the mind, movement to restore the body, and rest to balance the emotions. Fit Ventures is an adventure/travel business (based in Fort Collins, CO)whose intent is to assist anyone (adult) in
