Prana Studio'sfounder, Mary worked in business for 30 years as a Corporate Controller and Business Manager. She found yoga more than 15 years ago to help balance her hectic business life and has been a disciple ever since. She has studied at various ashrams and yoga centers in the United States and Bahamas. She is a Minister of Sivananda Yoga, works with Vinyasa Flow and she is a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher. Mary is certified in Lotus Palm Thai Yoga whose founder and director is Kam Thye Chow, one of the world's foremost practitioners from Thailand. She studied in Manhattan @ the Integral Yoga Institute with Jyothi Watanabe from Japan. She returns to New York to assist in workshop certifications.
She is a Reiki Master and has practiced in the Usui Reiki Healing System since 1995.

Yoga Mama & Baby These classes have their own special rhythm: moms and babies bond (and bend), do a bit of massage and exercises for the baby, moms check in with each other and support each other, there is some breathing and toning, yoga for the moms, yoga for moms and babies together, an adorable rhythmic yet calming dance for moms with babies in arms, and a lullaby at the end to help calm the babies for their trip home.
Prenatal Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga for pregnancy, provides effective and useful yogic tools to:
unprovoked, peaceful throughout pregnancy, elevating both you and your unborn child. Care for your body so you can better enjoy the pregnancy journey. Maintain and develop your flexibility and strength to be set for birthing. Prepare your mind and body for birthing. Improve your relationship with your partner. During birthing, you can relax and better handle your uterine surges when you have grip on your mind. Later, as you face parenting challenges, you can remain calm and conscious. When fear takes over your mind, you tense up and experience pain. Conscious practice of yoga and meditation trains your mind to focus and builds your nervous system so that you can handle stressful situations. Kundalini Yoga uses positive affirmations and mantras, which help to adjust your internal dialogue to support yourself.
Hatha yoga is an endless path where each Asana is an invitation to promote awareness, recognize tension and practice
to relax it. Keshava Radha Yoga specializes in this beneficial practice by encouraging slow, meditative practice emphasizing breath and awareness while creating physical and emotional balance, as well as strength and flexibility. Our Hatha Yoga classes include Vinyasa (Flow), Asanas (Posture), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation.
As a licensed social worker and certified yoga teacher I teach classes and run live workshops on yoga, meditation and
